Senate OK's tax credit extension deadline
Senate recently amended a bill to give homebuyers who were in escrow before the April 30th tax credit deadline an additional 3 months to close on their home and claim the federal homebuyer tax credit. This comes as a relief to many buyers whose escrows have been delayed due to lending guideline changes.
