Senate OK's tax credit extension deadline

Senate recently amended a bill to give homebuyers who were in escrow before the April 30th tax credit deadline an additional 3 months to close on their home and claim the federal homebuyer tax credit.  This comes as a relief to many buyers whose escrows have been delayed due to lending guideline changes.  If you have questions about the deadline or about the California home buyer tax credit, please call me at 619-302-9692!
